AEMart has no liability in the case of orders arising from typographical errors and reserves the right to cancel any orders without assigning any reasons. Every effort has been made to ensure accuracy of information listed and AEMart is not responsible for any errors contained therein. Quantity limit for order may apply for certain Items. Shipping and Handling Charges:
Our shipping and handling charges for each item are set at the same price for all states in Continental United States. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories outside the Continental U.S. are subject to additional shipping and handling charges - which will be quoted and emailed to our customers after we receive the orders (Or call us at 972-783-1360 or fax us at 972-783-1359 prior to ordering). Some orders of more than one item may not reflect the correct shipping and handling charges and may be adjusted to a lower charge. This excludes: monitors, cases, CD Towers, systems, notebooks, printers, software, and gaming hardware.
For International Orders:
Any order shipping outside the United States and Canada must be prepaid by wire transfer. Please email us at aemart@attbi.com with the item you wish to order and your shipping location to obtain the correct shipping fees.
For Orders with different Billing and Shipping Addresses:
If your shipping address is different than your billing address, please fax copy of card holder's picture ID, a copy of the front and back of the credit card, and a signed authorization to ship the order to the shipping address. Fax these documents to 972-783-1359 OR you may list the shipping address by calling the card issuer. Not doing so may delay your order. Thank You for helping us to prevent Credit Card Frauds.
Shipping:
All shipments are made via UPS GROUND Service. We do not ship to PO Boxes. Please wait 5 business days before requesting a tracking number.
Order Cancellations:
All order cancellations after the orders have already been processed will be assessed an 10% charge. Refused or undeliverable shipments will be subject to a 20%, in addition to applicable shipping fees, insurance fees, and any losses incurred by us. Address corrections that are made while in transit or after delivery to a wrong address are expense to the cardholder credit card as we incur charges from FedEx for this service. All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
AEMart will not be personally liable for any damage (including shipping), loss, fault or expenses arising out of delays in shipment or other non-performance of this Agreement caused due to: *Acts of customer; *Governmental action; *Strikes, fires, disasters, riots, Acts of God or Any other cause or condition beyond AEMart's reasonable control in the event of any such delay or non-performance.
The accuracy of the address is the responsibility of the cardholder. We reserve the right to cancel any approved orders that have different billing information and shipping information.
Payments:
- We accept all major credit cards including Visa / Master / American Express / Discover.
- Cashier's checks, money orders, company checks and personal checks are also acceptable as means of payment. Please make these out to DCC Inc. For cashier's check and money order payments, orders will be released upon receipt of the payment document by DCC Inc and verified with the issuing bank. For company and personal check payments, orders will be shipped only after funds are released from your financial institution to DCC Inc. This could take upto 7 to 10 business days after our receipt of your payment document. On orders being paid for by means other than credit card, availability of the product might change while your payment is in transit or funds are being cleared and AEMart cannot reserve product or guaranty continued availability.
There will be a $25.00 service charge on all returned checks. Any returned check not paid within 30 days, or any stopped check are subjected to charges equivalent to three times the amount of the check plus collection fees. Any unpaid financial charges will void any warranties.
We only take prepaid Purhase orders (i.e with Check/Money Orders/Credit Card Number)
Collection Fees:
Customer agrees to pay all collection fees, including attorney's fee and accounting costs, if such are required.
RETURN POLICY:
All Merchandise/return must be in good working order with all the original packing including manual and software diskettes. Labor costs, programming and other service related costs and special order items are non refundable.
ALL PERIODS MENTIONED BELOW ARE IN CALENDAR-DAYS (NOT WORKING-DAYS).

3. RETURN WITHIN 10 DAYS 15% RESTOCK CHARGE
4. RETURN WITHIN 30 DAYS 25% RESTOCK CHARGE
5. RETURN AFTER 30 DAYS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
6. MERCHANDISE RETURNS MUST RECIEVE AN RMA# FROM US PRIOR TO SHIPPING, HAVE PREPAID FREIGHT, AND MUST BE INSURED. RMA# MUST BE CLEARLY PRINTED ON THE RETURNED PACKAGE. RMA#S WILL EXPIRE AFTER 14 DAYS. PACKAGES WITH EXPIRED RMA#S OR WITHOUT RMA#S WILL BE REJECTED. ANY FREIGHT CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
7. ITEMS RETURNED IN USED OR ALTERED CONDITIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
8. ALL SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE!
If merchandise arrives damaged, it is best to refuse it back to the carrier attempting delivery. If you accept the package make sure it is noted on the carrier's delivery record in order for us to file a damage claim. Save the merchandise in the original box and packing it arrived in, notify us immediately. If you do not notify AEMart of damaged goods within the first 7 days of arrival, our regular return policy will override any claim of damage, and will fall under all current manufacturer restrictions. Claims are valid only subject to approval from Shipping Carrier.
